外贸经验:两次紧急出货的感悟

网上开BLOG后,近一个礼拜订单”井喷”,忙得不行。其实这段时间发生了不少事,是该整理一下思绪的时候了。


  因西班牙的客人要求紧急出货,忙得人仰马翻,距此不到一个星期,客人又说要急用货物,要求留下100PC的库存帮他再次紧急出货,最开始说是走DHL,但货准备好后,几天都没收到DHL的通知,于是问客人原因,又接到通知说因为他那边和DHL有很多问题,叫另一家公司走空运。但问题就是出在空运上了。


  客人的货代联系我这边说要求货物送深圳港,原因在于货代在香港,走香港对货代最有利,而我们这笔货总值才四千人民币左右,去一趟深圳至少要八百多块,这样操作对我们的损失很大,当初考虑客人说这笔货走快递才答应他的。现在突然说要走深圳,我只好退而求次说走佛山或广州,货代也同意去跟客人协商。但货代不帮找报关行报关,而我们的 贸易公司不在本地要求货代找报关行代理报关。


  考虑到清关及运输费用和手续繁琐,我咨询了一下当地空运和快递的价格,于是写了这样一封邮件给客人:


  Dear XXX,


  Good day.


  Your forwarder have contact me this morning. they ask us to send the products to Guangzhou. As every time we send the goods to Shenzhen we need to cost at last USD110, and this charge is too high to afford for us for this order. I hope you can understand .


  I have learned that as the air freight is expensive now,because it’s close Christmas day,many goods are delivery by air. I have asked some air forwarder in China,they said delivery the goods by air is about USD 699,and delivery by express is about USD660, considering the clean custom fee in your county, the freight is similar. Maybe you can use express company to delivery,and it’s will convenient for both of us.
